Chronic Youth CIC

Chronic Youth is dedicated to supporting young people aged 0-30, as well as their families and friends, who are navigating the challenges of chronic or long term illness. We offer a compassionate, inclusive space where individuals can access resources, emotional support, and community connections to improve their quality of life. Our mission is to change the lives of people with chronic illnesses around the world by providing ongoing support, education, and advocacy.
